This is what Stekker earns you

Stekker earns you the most of all providers. We charge the lowest commission on the market, and we also offer smart charging for extra savings. Here we explain all of it.

What other registration providers charge

They all calculate with the same NEa factor and sell on the same market. The only thing that really differs is what they take off it. The amounts apply to kilometres you charge at home.

Price per ERE

A commission percentage says little without the price it applies to. Most providers do not publish that price. We do, per sale, with date and volume.

Provider Sale price/kWh Commission Net/kWh
Stekker €0.160 15% €0.136
Joulo €0.158 20% €0.126
Laadloon €0.158 20% €0.126
Zeres €0.152 19% €0.123
Our figure comes from the sales logbook: 1,000,000 EREs on 4 August 2026, €0.482 per ERE. The prices of the other providers are their own published figures, checked on 19 August 2026.
Our commission

ERE, or ERE + Smart charging

Stekker can offer a lower commission because we also offer smart charging on dynamic prices and solar (for suitable chargers). For that we ask a higher commission, but the savings earn that back many times over.

Discount credits

How your commission goes down

A discount credit takes one percentage point off your commission. Your base is 15%, or 25% if you also charge smart. However many credits you collect, we always ask at least 10%.

Where a credit comes from What it gives you
Every year you are a customer 1 credit per year
Referring a friend 1 credit per friend
Coming in through a partner differs per partner
Granted by Stekker by exception
You can collect ten at most.
Three routes, with ERE only Credits Commission
You sign up directly 0 15%
You come in through a partner 1 14%
Through a partner, and you refer two friends 3 12%
Worked examples, not an offer. A credit hangs on a living relationship: if the customer who caused the discount stops, the discount that came from it lapses.
