How to get a charging reward with your Zaptec
Through your Zaptec account
You are sent to Zaptec, sign in there and give Stekker access to your charger’s energy data. That is it. Nothing changes on the charger itself.

New charging sessions arrive on their own
Charging sessions from 1 January 2026 count, even if you connect later. Because your charging history is fetched from Zaptec when you connect, you do not have to keep anything yourself.
Which Zaptec earns ERE’s?
A charger can only earn ERE’s with a built-in, MID‑certified meter. At Zaptec the Go 2 has one as standard, the original Go has none, and on the Pro it depends on the variant that was ordered. This comes from our catalogue and refreshes after every deploy.

The MID variant of the Pro has article number 810-00017, with kit 900-00021. If the type plate shows a different number, the meter is not in it.
How to tell which Zaptec you have
- Find your charger’s serial numberIt is on the sticker on the charger, and in the Zaptec app under your charger.
- Look at the first three lettersGPN or GPG is a Go 2. ZAP, ZGB or ZAG is the original Go. ZCS, ZPR, ZCH or ZPG is a Pro.
- Have a Pro? Check the type plateOnly article number 810-00017 has the MID meter on board.
The Go and the Go 2 both report as the same device type in the Zaptec cloud. The serial number is the only thing that tells them apart.
Did Zaptec tell you that you do not own any installations you can grant permission for? Ask your installer to make you the owner of the installation.
Earn ERE’s with your Zaptec
Signing up starts with the authorisation: the NEa asks for it in writing, so Stekker can register the ERE’s on your behalf. Two minutes, with your IBAN, EAN number and charger details at hand.
